GRILLED PORK CHOPS

Grilled Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat recteq to full with a sear kit.

  2. Rub outside of pork chop with olive oil. .

  3. Rub outside of pork chop with Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub to taste.

  4. Sear pork chops 6 minutes per side or until an internal temp of 140ºF.

  5. Allow the chops to rest 8-10 minutes prior to serving.
