INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Set the Beast, BFG, or Chuckwagon to 225°F.

  2. Place whole hog inside on its back.

  3. Season liberally with Honey Rib Rub.

  4. Cook until an internal temperature of 196°F (about 16-18 hours).
